What makes this contact phase unique is that we usually request your desired budget on contact.
This is what allows us to get creative in crafting a solution to your current company's needs,
instead of forcing your company to comply with industry costs which may currently be out of reach.
A remote / in-person meeting would usually be organised based on relevant factors.
Confirm
We privately analyse potential means to achieve your goals.
Based on internal factors, we commit to the work or at least attempt to refer you to a service provider more suited to your current needs.
If we believe we are best fit for the work or a phase of it, we deliver a project proposal.
The proposal lays out options by which the goal can be achieved at or close to your budget.
Complete
After confirmation of work, we walk together towards completion.
Depending on what was confirmed, completion may either be the entire project or parts thereof.
Taking a one step-at-a-time approach often means we may break the goal into phases where you can test ROI before commiting to further work.
If we continue to be aligned for further work, we start at step one again when you are ready.
